Why do i always see him?

I always see a guy who used to work at a hair salon i went too.the guy is gorgeous, wen i went in he was smiling or looking at me,askinhg me what my plans were,telling me he was alone..he also followed me one night from club to club.I mistakenly made a move on him wen i was with my man. he walked away.that was a year ago,and i see him drive past me alot.why is this??
