I need legal advice about 3 months ago I was @ Las Vegas and ped out next thing I know Im at a (continue)?

private Hospital and I don't know how since I didnt have my wallet on me, I recieved 2 bills one for $1,300 and the other one for $800 dollars. An I forced to pay? In lgal terms I was taken there without my authorization right? Is there anything I can do about this situation?
