Problem with a friend?

It appears that all my friend wants to do is set homeless people on fire. He has tried several times and luckily i was able to stop him. But thats all he seems focused on. Im sure he is plotting right now about the next homeless person he is going to ignite...Should i warn the homeless or perhaps take him to a shrink?
