I want to get rid of the fleas in my rabbit's hutch?

I was wondering if I should spray insect acid on the whole cage including the wood etc and then wipe it with very hot water mixed with bleach to get rid of them and the eggs, I take all of my rabbits outside before doing this then I comb them and let them be in the sun. What I suggest is it a good idea to get rid of the fleas ? Please need help asap
