Is a marriage still valid if one of the two required witnesses was underage?

One of my friends was married in a Nebraska courthouse by a jp. Only the two required witnesses were there, her fiance's brother and his girlfriend. Later, she found out that the girlfriend was under 18 at the time. Does anyone know if this affects the validity of the marriage?
