I need some advice please? Really pissed, i missed a break away that caused my team to lose?

I just got home from my hockey game, im really pissed, my teamate ped me the puck and i had a mini break away and i shot it right at the goalies pads. The score was 2-1 they were winning, and if i scored that goal we would've atleast tied the game, but they come back with the empty net goal and the game is over. I need some advice on what to do please, im really pissed because i caused my team to lose. Thank you.
