Goldfish centerpieces for my reception!?

Picture all of your guests walking in and having the fish floating on the top of their bowls. Goldfish are not very stable animals and tend to die very quickly and easily. You don't want to risk having dead, smelly fish floating in the middle of the tables on your wedding. What about just having gl beads in the bowl with some flowers on top? Or even cute fake goldfish?
