Egg Free Breakfast Tater Tot Cerole Recipe?

Does anyone have a recipe for an egg free breakfast tater tot cerole? I'd like to include tater tots, sausage, and cheddar cheese, but not quite sure how to mix it all together to be a yummy filling breakfast. I really dislike eggs, and do not want to include them.
