Do people who practice Wicca feel offended when people dress as witches for Halloween?

I know Halloween is all in good fun, but some costumes can be offensive to others. I know that real wiccans are not like the Wicked Witch and do not ride around on brooms. That's why I wonder: Are wiccans offended by the stereotypical "witch" costume (black pointy hat, robes) or by the shows on TV like Disney's "Halloweentown", where characters attend "Witch University"?
