Will I lose my unemployment benefits in NY if I refuse a job offer in Boston, MA?

I live in upstate NY. I have been on unemployment since April. I was offered a job by a previous co-worker who owns a company in Boston, MA. Will I lose my UE benefits if I refuse the job due to the relocation? I have what I feel are several very legitimate reasons for not wanting to move which include being a single mother of a child who is very attached to his grandparents (who currently live next door to me), a custody agreement that says my ex and I have to live in the same state, which could be a real hle to change, and senior parents who are relying on me more and more as they get older and less able to totally care for themselves.
