Really confused?

this guy likes me still I think but 3 weeks ago. those 3 weeks he would stare at me and he stared at me when I entered the building. and then last week he stared at me and when group girls called him they would say garret 10 times. till he said WHAT but before he said what. he was sittin down and turned and stared at me. then next day he sat behind me and I was laughing with friends. and I texted someone on my phone. and he stared at me then some dude he never talks to. he talked to dude and the dude stared at me well. the guy garret talked to him does this guy garret still like me. and what do you think he was sayin to him to get guy to stare at me
