Is it ok to never have a job if you're Rich and don't need to work?

I've never had to work a day in my life. I go to college full time for the education, but I don't exactly know what I should do in the long run because I don't actually need to work. Without going into detail, my father is very wealthy and I'm the sole heir to his fortune. Is it ok not to get a job if you don't need one? I mean, am I really "lazy" considering I just don't have to work? I sort of feel bad that so many college kids struggle to get by, while I can buy all the designer clothes/shoes I want and have my own limo and chauffeur and live in a huge mansion.
