I want to lodge a complaint about the automated mandatory filing system for proof of insurance with DMV.?

You cant file in the field office your proof of insurance, I tried. They send you home to use a computer to file your proof, but the automated system does'nt work. If you call a tech at DMV, they send you back to the automated system only to be rejected again. In the end, after trying for 3 days, I was told to just mail it in. By then I was considered late and a $14 reinstate registration fee was charged.
