So, are you saying you had a physical fight with this guy? Not sure if that is what you are saying. But, in all, this guy was rude because he should respect that "she" your wife is a married woman and it is not bad to greet and meet but to talk to her for hours? What could they possibly talked about? I would not have allowed someone to take my spouse's attention away from me that long. That sounds suspicious.
