Am I hearing Voldemort right?

voldemort percieves lilly as a muggle because she isnt pure blood or even half-blood like himself. Both her parents were muggles and so she is like hermione,and a nasty term for these people are "mud-bloods" so filthy muggle is like just an offensive comment. get it? xx
