Can I sue someone for setting up a website in my name?

Talk to a lawyer, they will be able to get in touch with the owners of the website, and find out what exactly it is you signed. They will prob be able to find a loophole somewhere, if not flatout find a flaw in the contract that allows the site to be shut down. These people who set up the site sound like some total sbags, and sometimes you just gotta fight fire with fire and hire the sleeziest, most vengeful lawyer you can find, lol. Get a good enough one and you might even get a settlement out of it if they are profiting from your image and name.
